Cedar Crest is complimented with dramatic views over pristine spring-fed and gravel-bottom with 112 feet of north lake shore and perched on a 46-foot crest. Perfect for multiple families, Cedar Crest offers 3 complete cabins! Cedar Crest Main Lodge, Nokomis Bungalow and Minnetonka Bungalow. This retreat offers a steam sauna and patio with a Chiminea oven for cooking and crackling fires.

Important Notes:

• Free Pontoon Usage: Included with reservations between 5/5 and 9/30 (boats are out of the water during the off-season). The first 20 gallon tank of fuel is on us. No need to refill at the end of your stay. If you need more gas, there is a container near the boat house for you to fill at the gas station.
• Minnehaha and Nokomis Bungalows are winterized and unavailable from 11/01 to 4/15 (during which the maximum guest count becomes 6).

• A one-time cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for your stay. Upon check out please:

1. Ensure all food is taken with you from the fridge and cabinets
2. Please wash and return all dishes you have used
3. Please strip beds that were used and leave the pile of linens on the floor. We will wash and remake beds
4. Please remove all trash and place bags in the dumpster

House Rules:

• Guest Count: A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any point during your stay (6 guests maximum between 11/02-4/15). No additional visitors are allowed with your reservation.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
• Parking: 4 cars are allowed. Parking is shared with The Landing cabin to the west - up to two spots at Cedar Crest may be used at any given time by guests at The Landing. No parking on the road or grass is allowed at any time. Please plan ahead for this. No Campers or RVs are allowed on the property.
• Firewood: Per the DNR, firewood must be purchased in Wright County only.
• No Fireworks: Fireworks are not allowed.
• Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee per dog for your stay. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please clean up all pet waste to avoid an additional $50 cleanup fee.
• Penalties for Breaking Rules: We reserve the right to keep some or all of the security deposit if any of these rules are broken. Please be especially mindful of the maximum guest count during your stay.
