The Setting

Outside, the property really shines. A large, beautifully landscaped yard gives everyone room to spread out, while the patio and fire pit create the perfect setting for evenings under the stars. Grab a chair, gather around the fire, roast some marshmallows, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of lake life.

Just steps from the house, you’ll find a private dock extending into the clear waters of Lake Sylvia. Whether you’re heading out on the water on our pontoon, enjoying a quiet morning by the lake, swimming, fishing, or simply watching the sunset, the dock is sure to become one of your favorite spots. The shoreline also provides a wonderful place to slow down and appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the cabin.

Inside the Home

The open-concept main living area is anchored by a wall of oversized windows framing the lake, — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the water. The chef's kitchen is outfitted with premium stainless appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, and a massive island with seating for eight, flowing seamlessly into both a casual breakfast table and a formal dining room with a mission-style table for eight. A beverage station with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and beverage fridges keeps everyone caffeinated and refreshed.

A second, more intimate living room offers plush swivel chairs arranged around a stone-topped coffee table with a wall-mounted smart TV — ideal for movie nights or a quiet reading nook.

Entertainment for Everyone

This cabin doesn't just offer a place to stay — it offers things to do, rain or shine. Golf enthusiasts will love the full indoor golf simulator room, complete with projector and hitting mat. Downstairs, a spacious game room features a regulation pool table and a cozy lounge area finished with warm wood paneling.

Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are just as impressive as the interior. A stone patio just off the house is anchored by a fire pit with seating for six in cushioned Adirondack chairs — the perfect spot for evening s'mores under the stars. For entertaining, the outdoor kitchen features a built-in grill, sink, stone countertops, and ample prep space, all with sweeping lake views as the backdrop.

Unwind in the Sauna

After a full day of boating, golfing, and lake life, retreat to one of two saunas on the property — a traditional cedar sauna just off the primary suite, and a second lakeside sauna house perched near the water, so you can steam and then cool off with a dip just steps away.

Important Notes:

• Free Pontoon Usage: Included with reservations between 5/5 and 9/30 (boats are out of the water during the off-season). The first 20 gallon tank of fuel is on us. No need to refill at the end of your stay. If you need more gas, there is a container near the boat house for you to fill at the gas station.

• A one-time cleaning fee of $350 will be charged for your stay. Upon check out please:

1. Ensure all food is taken with you from the fridge and cabinets

2. Please wash and return all dishes you have used

3. Please strip beds that were used and leave the pile of linens on the floor. We will wash and remake beds

4. Please remove all trash and place bags in the dumpster

House Rules:

• Guest Count: A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any point during your stay. No additional visitors are allowed with your reservation.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

• Parking: 4 cars are allowed. No parking on the road or grass is allowed at any time. Please plan ahead for this. No Campers or RVs are allowed on the property.

• Firewood: Per the DNR, firewood must be purchased in Wright County only.

• No Fireworks: Fireworks are not allowed.

• Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee per dog for your stay. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please clean up all pet waste to avoid an additional $50 cleanup fee.

• Penalties for Breaking Rules: We reserve the right to keep some or all of the security deposit if any of these rules are broken. Please be especially mindful of the maximum guest count during your stay.
