Welcome to The Lookout! Located on Lake Sylvia and surrounded by picturesque Minnesota splendor. This retreat offers two cabins. The Lookout main Lodge is complimented with dramatic views over pristine spring-fed and gravel-bottom with 112 feet of north lake shore and perched on a 46-foot crest. The Boat House is built right on shore with quick access to fun on the water. Farmhouse style deck wraps around this cabin for plenty of private hideaways. The pool table keeps everyone going for late night fun. The Lookout features The Loft above the garage for extra sleeping or a camp out for the kids. The Lookout provides beautiful accommodations and endless amounts of lakeside fun all year round. Feel at home and enjoy the incredible view of the lake!

House Rules:
- Guest Count: A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at any point during your stay. No additional visitors are allowed with your reservation.
- Quiet House: Please respect our neighbors and observe outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
- Parking: Max 4 cars in driveway. No parking on the road or grass is allowed at any time. If you have additional cars, please contact us upon arrival. No campers or RVs allowed on the property.
- Firewood: Firewood needs to be purchased in Wright County only.
- No Fireworks: Fireworks are not allowed.
- Pets: Cats are not allowed. Dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee per dog for your stay. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please clean up all pet waste to avoid an additional $50 cleanup fee.
- Penalties for Breaking Rules: We reserve the right to keep some or all of the security deposit if any of these rules are broken. Please be especially mindful of the maximum guest count during your stay.
Please Note before booking...
- Free Pontoon Usage: Included with reservations between 5/5 and 9/30 (boats are out of the water during the off-season). The first 20 gallon tank of fuel is on us. No need to refill at the end of your stay. If you need more gas, there is a container near the boat house for you to fill at the gas station.
- Dogs are welcome (cats not allowed). There is a pet fee of $50 per dog for your stay. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outdoors. Please cleanup all pet waste to avoid an extra $50 Cleanup fee.
- A one-time cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for your stay. Upon check out please:
- Ensure all food is taken with you from the fridge and cabinets
- Please wash and return all dishes you have used
- Please strip beds that were used and leave the pile of linens on the floor. We will wash and remake beds
- Please remove all trash and place bags in the garage
